Task Management becomes its own product, and a schedule you can shape
Turn Task Planning on store by store, decide exactly what the schedule shows, and see weekends and holidays at a glance.
Two releases a day apart in early October changed how two core parts of Boutique DX are organized: tasks became a product in their own right, and the schedule learned to show only what you need.
Task Management is now its own product
Task Management has moved out of Shift Management and become a product of its own, with its own column on the Products page and a Task Planning switch for each store. The Tasks menu and settings follow that switch, so stores that don't plan tasks yet see nothing extra.
- The AI planner can be turned on or off for your whole organization.
- A new routine creates today's tasks right away — no waiting until tomorrow to see it work.
- The week selector shows week numbers, matching the shift table, and weekends use the same shading.
Choose what the schedule shows
Large rosters carry a lot of information, and not every manager needs all of it. A new Display menu lets you:
- Hide rows and columns you don't use.
- Show or hide individual formulas.
- Show totals and stats in compact view.
- Reset everything to the defaults in one click.
Weekends and public holidays are now tinted in the shift table and in every day-off view, and appointments get their own collapsible row — event and booking icons now show even on days without a shift. On large rosters, the schedule also responds noticeably faster.
