Rooms & Floors, a real conversation inbox, and a kiosk you can design

Book appointments into specific salons on a live floor map, reply to LINE, SMS and email from one inbox, and theme your in-store kiosk without a developer.

A luxury appointment is more than a time slot. It happens in a particular salon, on a particular floor, often after a conversation that started on LINE or by email days before. Version 2.4 brings those pieces into Boutique DX: the rooms where clients are received, the conversations that bring them in, and the kiosk that greets them at the door.

A new Rooms tab in Appointments shows two views of your boutique:

  • A room agenda that lists every salon and what is booked in it.
  • A floor map drawn on your actual floorplan, with each room colored by how occupied it is. Click a room to see its bookings.

Draw rooms and floors directly on the floorplan with the built-in editor. Bookings and visits can then be assigned to a specific room, and they pick up the floor automatically. Rooms can be switched on store by store.

Customer Management

Conversations: one inbox for every channel

LINE Chat is now Conversations, part of Customer Management. Each thread gets a proper one-to-one messaging view with real-time updates. Assign a thread to a staff member, and open or close it by hand when the conversation is done.

Before you send, preview SMS, email and LINE messages with template variables filled in, so you see exactly what the client will receive.

Visitor Management

A kiosk you can design

The new Kiosk Theme editor lets you set colors, typography and layout for your in-store kiosk without involving a developer. Preview custom fonts exactly as clients will see them, manage the welcome, registration, confirmation and idle screens as page templates, and look up every available merge field from a single popover.

  • Import appointments from CSV, with the import screens translated into Japanese, French, Italian, Korean and Chinese.
  • Export appointments with the same format and encoding options as shifts.
  • Capacity tiles show their booking count, and you are warned when available staff drop below the capacity you have set.
Store Analytics

Home dashboard and KPIs

  • Each store card on the home dashboard has an hourly weather forecast, including rain.
  • Multi-value KPIs in the multi-store table render as small pie charts with a breakdown on hover.
  • Restrict a KPI to the stores it applies to, and dashboards hide it everywhere else.
Platform

Tighter permissions

We reviewed who can change what across the platform. Store managers' access to shifts, shift requests, contracts and calendars is now limited to their own stores, and sensitive deletions are limited to administrators. These changes apply automatically; there is nothing to configure.

Also in 2.4

Shift Management

  • Track clock-ins on store Wi-Fi networks for attendance.

Visitor Management

  • Visit details open in a side drawer with a shareable link, including from a client's contact page.

Customer Management

  • The Japanese interface now uses 顧客 for "customer" throughout Customer Management.

Platform

  • The app downloads less code on first load.

AI

  • The AI assistant shows its reasoning as it works, keeps a deletable history per thread, and uses the full height of the screen.
