Visitor analytics by staff, @mentions in shift comments, and one filter design everywhere
See each advisor's visitors and service time, mention a colleague right in the schedule, and use the same filters across every page.
In a luxury boutique, the relationship between a client and their advisor is the business. Versions 2.16 and 2.17 make that relationship easier to see in the numbers, and make it easier for the team to talk to each other about the schedule.
Visitor analytics by staff
Visitor analytics can now be broken down by staff member: each advisor's visitor count, their share of all visitors, and their service time — day by day, week by week, or month by month.
- Compare weekdays with weekends and holidays. Filter by day type and see the average visitors per day for each.
- Export to Excel: daily, weekly and monthly counts per staff member, form answers, and one row per visit.
- The charts are easier to read too. Pie slices have their own colors and show percentages, and "Visitors by day" highlights weekends and holidays.
@mention colleagues in shift comments
Type @ in a shift comment and pick a colleague by name, in English or Japanese. The mention stays linked to the person, so if their name changes later, the comment shows their current name.
Pick exactly who appears in the schedule
The schedule's team filter now lets you open a team and pick individual people — for example, one team plus their manager. Empty teams are hidden, and the filter stays available in compact view.
One filter design everywhere
Filters now work the same way across the app: Select All with a clear partial state, a Done button, and search on longer lists. That covers Settings, Shift requests, Appointments, Visits, Customers and the multi-store home.
Also in 2.16 and 2.17
Shift Management
- The shift forecast message no longer waits forever: it closes when the forecast is ready and tells you if it is taking unusually long.
Appointment Management
- Appointment message templates can include the booking date, start time and end time, and previews show dates in the template's language.
Customer Management
- Open a client's LINE conversation from a link in another tool, such as your CRM. On iPhone, these links open in the Boutique DX app.
