Spanish and Danish, minimum rest hours, and searchable staff lists
Boutique DX now speaks Spanish and Danish, schedules respect contractual rest between shifts, and every space and staff selector is searchable.
Luxury brands run boutiques in many countries, and each one has its own language, labor rules and opening hours. Version 2.6 makes Boutique DX feel more local wherever your teams work — and makes the scheduling engine respect a few more of the rules that matter.
Spanish and Danish
Boutique DX is now fully available in Spanish, and Danish support has been added. They join English, Japanese, French, Italian, Korean and Chinese. Organizations that work in a single language can also turn off their secondary language entirely.
Rules the schedule now respects
- Minimum rest hours can be set on a contract. Generated schedules leave the required rest between one shift and the next.
- If a contract's working hours are too low for any of your shift patterns to fill, shift prediction now warns you instead of producing an impossible plan.
- Set a scheduling start date for each boutique.
- The formula builder can now use contract type and spoken languages as conditions — for example, "at least one Japanese-speaking full-time advisor after 2pm".
- More accurate classification of Japanese statutory holidays in attendance exports.
Operating hours, separately from business hours
Boutiques often open to staff before they open to clients. Operating Hours now sit alongside Business Hours, with a quick "mark as closed / open" toggle for each day.
Lists that scale
Store and staff selectors are now searchable, which makes a real difference once you have dozens of stores or hundreds of staff. Settings are reorganized into Boutique and Organization sections, and open on the first product you have access to.
Staff names and imports, your way
First and last name are now configurable fields — show or hide them, make them required or optional — just like every other staff field. You can also import staff without an email address or external ID, using a sample file that matches the fields you have configured. Imports and exports for shifts, staff and appointments now share one redesigned CSV experience.
