Shareable links, verified bookings, and staff availability filters

Every view now has a link you can send, visitors can confirm bookings with a one-time code, and managers can see who is free by team, skill or language.

Two releases in April, 2.2 and 2.3, focused on the small frictions that add up over a working day: sending a colleague to the right screen, trusting that a booking is real, and knowing who is actually free to take a client.

Platform

Every view has a link you can share

Pages now keep the selected date and store in their address. Copy the link and your area manager lands on exactly the same view — the same day, the same boutique. Bookmarks and shared links also load correctly when you open them for the first time.

Verified bookings with one-time codes

You can now ask visitors to confirm their registration or booking with a one-time code sent to them. It is configurable per organization and per boutique, so you can switch it on for high-demand stores first. Unconfirmed bookings expire and are cleaned up automatically, which keeps your appointment book free of no-shows that were never real.

See who is free, by team, skill or language

A new staff availability filter on the calendar shows only the people who match what the client needs — a team, a skill, a language, or a contract type. When a client asks for a Mandarin-speaking advisor on Saturday afternoon, the answer is one filter away. The capacity table also greys out slots outside business hours so you can focus on the hours that matter.

Booking messages that match the moment

New message templates cover confirmed, pending and cancelled bookings, and an after-sale template is now available for visits. Appointment drawers gain Details and Activity tabs with a full history of every change.
