Shift rules in plain language, and statutory holiday quotas

The formula editor now reads as sentences instead of spreadsheet syntax, can write its own descriptions, and supports holiday quotas and rest-between-shifts templates.

Shift formulas are how a boutique tells Boutique DX what a good schedule looks like: how many weekends off, how much rest, how many advisors at peak. They are powerful, but until now they read like spreadsheet syntax. Version 2.10 rewrites them in plain language.

A formula editor that reads like a sentence

Conditions, goals, templates and the preview card now read as sentences instead of formulas. A manager can open a rule and understand what it asks for without having written it.

Statutory holiday quotas

Set monthly targets for statutory holidays (法定休日) for your organization in shift settings. Attendance exports classify holidays against those targets, and handle months that start or end mid-week correctly.

New ways to describe a good schedule

  • A "consecutive blocks" goal targets the number of separate work blocks in a period, not just how long a run is.
  • New rest-between-shifts templates make it quick to require a minimum gap between shifts.
  • Matching dates in the formula view are listed in calendar order, and consecutive-day chips show the exact run length the scheduler computed.

Predicted shifts, easier to tell apart

Forecast values used to appear in parentheses, like (A). Predicted shifts now have a redesigned style that is much easier to distinguish from confirmed shifts at a glance.

Appointment Management

  • Appointment analytics now respect the selected boutique.
  • Opening repeat options on an event no longer crashes when no frequency is set.
