Export your shift table, and see KPI targets right next to it
Shift schedules export to Excel or CSV with daily breakdowns, KPI targets sit in the shift table summary, and every shift now keeps an edit history.
A schedule rarely lives only in one tool. It gets printed for the back office, shared with payroll, and checked against the month's sales targets. Version 2.1 makes all three easier, and brings the context you need into the shift table itself.
Export the shift table to Excel or CSV
Export any schedule as an Excel workbook or a CSV file. Exports include a daily breakdown sheet for each day, along with calendar events, tags and KPI targets, so the file you send out matches what you see on screen.
For teams working in Japanese versions of Excel, you can choose Shift-JIS encoding so characters open correctly without any conversion step.
KPI targets, right where you plan
The shift table summary rows now show your KPI target values, with a toggle to collapse them when you need the space. When you are deciding whether Saturday needs one more advisor, the sales target for Saturday is already on the same line.
Act without leaving the table
Open a staff member's profile, contract, recurring shifts or a shift request form directly from the shift table. The same quick actions are available from attendance views and the daily timeline — no more losing your place to look something up.
Every change has a history
Shift and calendar event drawers now include an Activity tab showing who changed what and when, so questions like "who moved my Thursday shift?" have a clear answer.
Breaks-only attendance
Some boutiques only need to track breaks, not every clock-in. A new Breaks Only setting does exactly that: shift start and end times are filled in automatically from the shift definition, and staff record only their breaks.
