Faster month switching, shareable shift links, and a first look at email campaigns
The shift table now loads the moment you pick a month, links open the exact monthly period, and a drag-and-drop email campaign editor arrives in early access.
Planning a month of shifts means jumping between months, opening dozens of shifts, and sending links to colleagues. Versions 2.8 and 2.9 make all of that noticeably faster — and introduce a new way to reach your clients.
Month switching that keeps up with you
Shift data now loads the moment you pick a month, and the month selector moves cleanly between your monthly settings without briefly showing the wrong month. The shift drawer opens noticeably faster too, and the whole app loads significantly faster on your first visit of the day.
Links that open the right month
Shift table links now include the selected month, so a link you share always opens the right monthly period — even if your organization's scheduling period starts mid-month.
Clearer formulas in the shift table
- A new "consecutive days" rule type for shift formulas, for limits like "no more than five days in a row".
- Each formula's description appears under its tag in the shift table; click to read it in full.
- Days off and paid holidays share one compact line.
- Staff hidden by the contract filter no longer show formula values, and cancelled bookings no longer appear in the shift table.
- On the home dashboard, the "currently working" widget colors each avatar by attendance state.
Email campaigns, in early access
We are starting to roll out an email campaign editor. Build campaigns from drag-and-drop blocks, edit text in place with a floating toolbar and email-safe fonts, and pull images straight from your Brand Assets library. When a campaign is ready, export it as HTML, copy it for Outlook, or download it as a PDF for approval. You can also duplicate a campaign from the list to start the next one.
Email campaigns are currently available to selected organizations. If you would like early access, let us know.

- Store open/closed status is now evaluated in each store's own timezone.
