See who changed what, map your store's organigram, and send photos in Conversations
Staff and boutique pages now keep a before-and-after change history, job titles form a hierarchy, and advisors can send photos to clients from the inbox.
Late August brought two releases, 2.11 and 2.12, about accountability and structure: knowing exactly what changed in your organization, seeing how your teams are organized, and giving advisors a richer way to talk to clients.
See what changed, and who changed it
Staff profiles and boutique pages now carry a change history. Every edit shows the field, the person who made it, and the value before and after. Boutiques also record their opening and closing dates, so the history of a location stays with it.
Job titles and an organigram
Job titles can now sit in a hierarchy: each title can name the one above it. Instead of a flat list, each store gets an organigram that reflects how the team actually works.
Photos in Conversations
Advisors can now send pictures from the web inbox — a new arrival, a detail of a piece, a reminder of what was reserved. One message can carry several photos, each with its own caption, and photos sent either way display inline in the conversation. Brand images can also be inserted straight into LINE Flex message templates.
Reusable brand blocks
Brand blocks are now saved in their own right, so managers can edit and reuse them across your outreach content instead of rebuilding them each time.

- A role granted while you are signed in takes effect immediately.
- Japanese now uses 店舗 consistently for "boutique".
