Boutique DX 2.0: every boutique on one screen, and a CRM built for clienteling

Our biggest release yet adds a multi-boutique dashboard, a Customer Management product with Salesforce and Odoo sync, and fully configurable staff profiles.

Boutique DX started as a way to run one boutique better: the schedule, the appointment book, the people walking through the door. As our customers grew from one flagship to a network of stores, the question changed from "how is today going?" to "how is today going everywhere?"

Version 2.0 is our answer. It is the largest release we have shipped, and it reshapes the product around two ideas: see every boutique at once, and know every client by name.

Store Analytics

Every boutique on one screen

The new multi-boutique home page puts your whole network in a single view. Switch between a store list, a map, and a data table that lines up shifts, appointments, visitors and KPIs for every location side by side.

  • Search and filter stores, open a store to see its details and manager, and jump between the network view and a single boutique in one click.
  • Pick any date to review how every boutique performed that day — useful for Monday reviews and for spotting the store that needs a call.
  • KPI targets appear directly in the table, so you can compare plan and actuals without exporting anything.
Customer Management

Customer Management, built for clienteling

Luxury retail runs on relationships, so 2.0 introduces Customer Management as its own product. A contact overview brings together every client your teams have met, with a CRM analytics dashboard on top.

  • Filter contacts by name, source, language and boutique, and edit them from a side drawer without losing your place.
  • See each client's visits and bookings right from the contact table.
  • Sync with Salesforce or Odoo, with a status badge that shows whether each contact is up to date.
  • Anonymize a contact when a client asks to be forgotten, to support your privacy obligations.
Platform

Staff profiles that match how you work

Every brand describes its people differently. Staff fields are now fully configurable: rename labels, choose which fields appear and in what order, and add validation patterns for things like employee IDs. The configuration applies everywhere staff appear in the app.

We also added shared accounts (clearly badged, for the tablet behind the counter) and skill levels, which show up as tags wherever you pick staff.

Shift Management

Smarter shift planning

  • Override a formula's goal for a single date — for a sale day or a VIP event — straight from the formula detail.
  • Inspect how any formula evaluated on any day with a new date picker.
  • French and Italian labour-law templates join the existing rule sets.
  • Staff can request several dates in one shift request, and recurring shifts are now laid out as a week table that is much easier to read.

Store Analytics

  • Customize the KPI widgets on a boutique's home page, with comparison values, and export KPIs to CSV.
  • Forecasted KPI values and foot-traffic indicators now sit next to actuals in the analytics table.

Platform

  • Upload photos for each boutique, and pull opening hours, phone number and photos from Google Places.
  • Theme your client-facing portal, including after-sale templates.
  • Faster sign-in that keeps you logged in between visits.
