Attendance that matches payroll, shift rules for the right people, and LINE booking messages
Manager-only attendance entry, night hours and overtime rounding, rules that apply to just the staff you choose, and booking messages sent over LINE.
Attendance is where scheduling meets payroll, and payroll has very specific rules. Versions 2.14 and 2.15 bring Boutique DX's attendance closer to how boutiques actually pay their teams, let shift rules target exactly the people they're meant for, and move booking messages onto LINE.
Attendance that matches how you pay
- Manager-entry-only stores. A store can turn off self clock-in so that only managers record attendance.
- Night hours from your own night window, set for the organization and overridable per contract.
- Overtime grace periods and rounding. A few minutes over no longer counts as overtime, and totals round in the steps your payroll expects.
- Contract hour-cap warnings in the attendance table, with a filter for staff over their limit and details in each person's drawer.
- The payroll export format is now an organization setting rather than fixed.

Shift rules for the right people
Until now, every per-staff rule applied to everyone in the store. A rule can now apply to just some staff — chosen by contract type, team or name, with specific people excluded. You can also exclude someone from a rule in one click from the shift table, right next to their goal override.
A new gap between shifts measure lets a rule require a minimum rest between two consecutive shifts.

Booking messages over LINE
A new Customer Messages section in the booking flow lets you configure the LINE messages clients receive about their bookings. Bookings can be tied to a client's LINE account, so those messages reach the right person.
You can also set a per-client cap on upcoming bookings — or leave it unlimited — and staff can now delete availability slots.

Shift Management
- Shift times always display in the store's own time, whatever time zone the viewer is in.
- The shift PDF export covers the month you are viewing, even when your month doesn't start on the 1st, and the publish dialog names the month it is about to publish.
- A warning appears when attendance tracking isn't activated for a store.
- Company-wide shift visibility is now an organization setting.
Platform
- The activity timeline labels changes made by our support team, so it is always clear which edits came from your own team.
